Own cask-aged gin
Are you – or someone you know – dreaming of creating your own gin? Now you can experiment with making your very own barrel-aged gin, based on Old English Gin from Henrik Hammer, Denmark’s number 1 gin maker. The gin is barrel-aged by yourself in a genuine, 5-litre French oak barrel from Allery, and after 4-6 weeks of ageing, you will have a delicious barrel-aged gin, perfect for cocktails like Old Fashioned, Negroni etc. Two magnum-sized bottles of Old English Gin (1.5 litres per bottle) are included in the set. The barrel-ageing set with 2x1.5 litres of Old English Gin and a 5-litre oak barrel from Allery is sold exclusively at Rombo in collaboration with Henrik Hammer. Read more about Old English Gin here.
