Domaine Jean Collet 2024 Chablis is made from grapes grown on the estate's own vineyards. The soil consists of the classic calcareous Kimmeridgian clay, which imparts delicate nuances and a special elegance to the wine. With great care, the grapes are hand-picked and sorted. The wine is then fermented in stainless steel, all to preserve the freshness of this young wine. Domaine Jean Collet 2024 Chablis is a full-bodied, fresh wine with a delightful aroma. Enjoy it now, for example with oysters or white fish. 12.5% - 75cl.
