Dolin Blanc is a French vermouth that is suitable for cocktails such as a White Negroni, but it is actually also an interesting experience when enjoyed neat as an aperitif with ice. Dolin Blanc vermouth is semi-dry/semi-sweet and made using many different spices and herbs. The sweetness is less pronounced than in many similar vermouth products, which brings out the nuance and the spicy notes. Dolin also distinguishes itself by reportedly using a higher percentage of wine in its vermouth editions. Dolin Vermouth Blanc is elegant, floral, and slightly bitter in the aftertaste.
