Dodd's Organic Gin is The London Distillery Company's first gin. Dodd's Gin is named after Ralph Dodd, and the gin is made with purely organic, botanical ingredients, including juniper, angelica root, fresh lime peel, cardamom, raspberry leaves, bay leaves, and honey from The London Honey Company. On the nose: juniper and bay leaves, which transition into lime notes. Taste: creamy with fresh lime peel, juniper, and honey. 49.9% – note: 50cl.
