Brugal Maestro Reserva er en eksklusiv rom fra Den Dominikanske Republik. Det meste af den dominikanske rom er i den søde ende, men faktisk laver Brugal primært en mere tør rom, og det gælder også denne særlige udgave.
Brugal Maestro Reserva er lagret på amerikanske sherryfade, der er blevet tømt og toastet iht. Brugal's "Dark Aromatic Toasting" teknik. Den færdiglagrede rom har noter af vanilje, karamel og nødder.

Edrington-owned Brugal from the Dominican Republic is one of the world's largest rum producers. Brugal Rum generally has strong oak notes from barrel aging. This is true for Brugal 1888 and especially Brugal Siglo de Oro, which is currently the distillery's finest rum. However, this will only be the case until the launch of Brugal Papa Andrés in October 2013, in a very limited edition of 500 bottles for the whole world.
