Bristol Classic Rum Jamaica Trelawney County 2009 is a rum in the Bristol Classic Rum series, where John Barrett selects special casks in the Caribbean and finishes their maturation in Liverpool (formerly in Bristol, hence the name). Barrett is a proponent of rum that is as natural as possible, and to preserve the individual character of each rum, Bristol Spirits uses careful bottling, no additives, and minimal filtration of its products. Bristol Classic Rum Jamaica Trelawney County 2009 was distilled in a pot still in 2009 and bottled in 2021. It has powerful aromatic notes of fruit and high esters, characteristic of pot still rum from Trelawney County. The taste has plenty of fruit and a medium-long finish, which often characterizes this type of rum. Bottled without chill filtration. 47.5% - 70 cl.
