Bristol Classic Rum Dominican 2013 Madeira finish is a rum in the Bristol Classic Rum series, where John Barrett selects special casks in the Caribbean and finishes them in Liverpool (it used to be in Bristol, hence the name). Barrett advocates for rum that is as natural as possible, and to preserve each rum's individual character, Bristol Spirits uses careful bottling, no additives, and minimal filtration of the products. After distillation in 2013, Bristol Classic Rum Dominican 2013 Madeira finish first matured in an American refill oak cask and then in a former Madeira cask until bottling in 2022. The casks have given the rum a golden colour and sweet, fruity aromatic notes. The taste offers wood and fruit with a well-balanced finish. The rum is bottled without chill-filtration. 47% - 70 cl.
