Every step in Appleton's rum production is meticulously coordinated – from the selection of sugarcane to the choice of yeast and barrel aging, which is evident in the rum's quality. The 15 rums that make up Appleton Estate Signature Blend have an average age of 4 years and together create a vibrant blend that can be enjoyed neat or in cocktails. Appleton Estate Signature Blend has fruity and sweet notes of citrus, orange peel, dried apricot, fresh peach, molasses, and oak. 40% – 70cl.

Appleton Estate Rum is rum from Jamaica, known for its relatively aromatic and complex style, which one needs to "be ready" for. The Appleton 12-year-old edition is a rum that challenges the nose and taste buds compared to most other rums. Appleton 21-year-old offers greater roundness and more complex flavor notes. If you want to try the traditional Jamaican rum style, Appleton is a good choice.
