But don't worry. Dirty Bastard can be considered the 4th in the series, although it is not expected to remain a permanent part of the range. Rye and barley from two local farms. All grain is floor-malted and kiln-dried at the distillery. The composition varies slightly from batch to batch, but generally, the trend is 60% malted rye and 40% malted barley.
