The malted barley has been smoked with a phenol level in the grain of 78+ppm, and in the glass, it measures 14.5ppm. It is thus the least peated whisky release in the Legacy Series to date. Fermentation has taken place with Pinnacle MG+ yeast, and maturation has occurred in Quercus Alba American oak casks.
