Now, the Lindores distillery has re-established the connection to its French roots and sources wood for its casks from the same area.

Lindores Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky not only has an incredibly long history. It has also undergone an unusually long fermentation of no less than 117 hours. After fermentation, Lindores distills the whisky on a sister spirits still, which is actually 2 stills. For every tree felled in the Thiron-Gardais forests and used for Lindores casks, six new trees are planted to ensure longevity and sustainability.

Lindores Thiron 2024 Whisky is non-chill filtered and without added colouring.
