Here you get the Don Q 151 Overproof Rum edition, which can be used as a base rum in various cocktails. The rum is fermented from sugarcane molasses and then column distilled. At the distillery, they work with both light and heavy rum distillates, which makes it possible to create a wide range of different rum types. Don Q falls under the \"Spanish rum style\", but having said that, they are fundamentally against the addition of sugar, and therefore the sweetness is less pronounced in their products.
