It was distilled in 2019 in a pot still at the New Yarmouth distillery in Jamaica, known for making powerful Jamaican rum with funk and punch. This also applies to this rum, which has aromas of overripe fruit, mango, flambéed banana, and distinct Jamaican esters. The taste offers very ripe mango and banana, spice, toasted notes, and Szechuan pepper. Should be enjoyed neat and then in a Mai Tai or a Daiquiri.
