Tomatin Legacy is a single malt Scotch whisky from the Highland region, aged in both bourbon casks and "virgin oak casks". Tomatin Legacy whisky has an aroma of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple, and lemon. The taste offers notes of lemon, apples, and shortbread, among others. Tomatin was awarded Icons of Whisky Scotland 2016 "Distiller of the Year". Tomatin Legacy was rated 94.5/100 in Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2015. 43% – 70cl.

Tomatin
Tomatin whisky distillery was founded in 1897 and is located just south of Inverness in the Scottish Highlands. The Tomatin Highland series includes 12 and 18-year-old single malt whisky core expressions, as well as the smokier Cu Bocan. Tomatin also regularly releases whiskies that have been aged in casks other than the usual bourbon barrels.
