Oktober 2026-udgivelsen af denne Thy PX & Bourbon Danish Single Malt Whisky er en limiteret udgave med kun 2.165 flasker til både Danmark og udlandet.

Whiskyen er lavet på pale malt fra Odyssey byg, der er blevet røget med dansk bøgetræ. Lagringen er foregået i 5-6 år, først i PX sherryfade og sidenhen i bourbonfade, inden aftapningen til flaske i september 2026. Thy PX & Bourbon Danish Whisky har noter af bl.a. tørret frugt, kakao, vanilje, bagværk, egetræ og let bøgerøg.
