Den nye Time : Space Sherry Cask Whisky er 20 år gammel, og det er den første whisky, der er blevet modnet i fade, der har indeholdt The Macallan's egen Valdespino sherry.

I næsen fornemmes rosiner, figner, dadler, mandelcreme, toffee, karamelliserede nødder, mørk chokolade, stjerneanis og ingefær. Smagen byder på noter af tørret frugt (rosiner, dadler og abrikos), ingefær, mørk sirup, brombærmarmelade, chokolade-glaserede kirsebær, kryddernellike, kanel, kakao og poleret egetræ.
