Rums from Santiago de Cuba are matured in the famous Don Pancho warehouses, known as the cathedral of Cuban rum. Legend has it that the buildings are located so close to the railway tracks that the rum barrels shake every time a train passes, which is said to influence the maturation process.

Santiago de Cuba Ron 11 Years Extra Anejo has an impressive appearance; it presents itself clear with a deep amber color, adorned with polished bronze highlights.
