Rum Nation British Guyana cask strength 7-year-old rum is a blend of heavy rum from an antique wooden still, which is more than 250 years old, and a lighter rum from a double wooden column still. Rum Nation British Guyana cask strength 7-year-old rum has an intense, ester-rich aroma with notes of dates, cigar boxes, chocolate, and tropical fruits. The taste has a sherry-like dryness, with plenty of esters again, notes of raisins, fermented fruit, cinnamon, and pepper. Spicy and fruity without being sweet. The aftertaste is well-spiced and intensely warming. Bottled at cask strength. 59% – 70 cl.
