Luxardo Maraschino Originale Liqueur
Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur Originale is made from Marasca cherries, which are harvested from Luxardo's own cherry trees and then aged in barrels. The fresh berries are distilled and aged for two years, after which the liqueur's alcohol content is adjusted and it is rounded off with honey to create a smooth and elegant taste.
The traditional recipe for Luxardo Maraschino liqueur dates all the way back to 1821. The taste is mild and complex with clear notes of cherry. The liqueur can easily be enjoyed neat or with ice cubes, and it is also used in many different cocktails and drinks.
