Lochlea First Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a craft whisky from Lochlea Distillery in Ayrshire in southwest Scotland. The whisky is made from barley from the distillery's own local fields, and distilled and matured at Lochlea in first-fill bourbon casks and former Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. Lochlea First Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky has aromatic notes of citrus, malt and green apples, complemented by oak, warm spices and vanilla. The taste also offers notes of apples, fresh thyme and white pepper, followed by vanilla and spice. Elegant, sweet, malty aftertaste with hints of oak and floral notes. Lochlea First Release Single Malt Scotch Whisky is non-chill filtered and has no added artificial colour. Please note: limited availability, therefore max. 1 bottle per customer. 46% - 70.
