Giffard Egg White Syrup is an innovative solution for making egg white-based cocktails (such as sours), adding flavour, texture, and foam quickly and simply, with food safety in mind.
Use the Dry-Shake technique: Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake vigorously. Add ice cubes to chill, then shake again for a few seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled glass. 70 cl.
