El Dorado Rum 15 Years
El Dorado 15 Year Old is a blend of specially selected old rums, the youngest of which is no less than 15 years old. It is made from a combination of Enmore and Diamond Coffey Stills, Port Mourant double wood Pot Stills, and Versailles single wood pot stills, after which it is blended to perfection and aged in old bourbon oak barrels.
Tasting notes for El Dorado 15 Year Old: Nose filled with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper, and rich vanilla. Beautifully rounded on the palate with a wide spread of flavors: grilled tropical fruit with spice - it is complex, lively, and moderately full-bodied.
