Don Zoilo Pedro Ximenez Sherry 15 Years is from the Williams & Humbert sherry house, which was founded in 1877 by Alexander Williams together with his brother-in-law Arthur Humbert. William & Humbert currently own over 350 hectares of vineyards in the Jerez area, and it is the largest Bodega in Europe. The Bodega has over 55,000 American oak barrels, which are used for aging sherry, brandy and rum.
Don Zoilo Pedro Ximenez Sherry 15 Years represents the sweet sherry style and is perfect as a dessert wine. Raisins and figs on the nose, low acidity and very sweet on the palate.
