Warehouse #1, located in Prague, Czech Republic, specialises in quality spirits such as rum, whisky, cognac, and more. In addition, they have created their very own series of rums, also named Warehouse #1. Or as it says on the label: "WRHS#1".
This Warehouse #1 WPE rum from the renowned Worthy Park distillery is part of the Rums of Jamaica Legendary Marques rum series, which consists of high-ester versions from several of Jamaica's legendary distilleries. The series also includes MLC (from Clarendon), DOK (from Hampden), TECA (from Long Pond), and NYE-WK (from New Yarmouth).
The Warehouse #1 Legendary Marques WPE single cask rum is distilled in a Forsyth double-retort pot still, continentally aged for 4 years in a Virgin Oak cask, and has an ester content of 800+ g/hlpa. In the aroma and taste, you'll find classic "Jamaica funk" as well as medicinal notes, overripe banana, tropical fruit, and acetone.
