Thy Whisky started as a family-owned company in 2010, and the distillery is currently still run as a family business. Thy Whisky uses grain from its own organic fields, has designed its very own malting system, and uses a completely unique "single distillation" process to preserve as much malt and grain aroma as possible.
This Thy Caramel Malt 2025 Danish Single Malt Whisky is the 2025 edition of the popular Caramel Malt release, and it is now 4 years old. The whisky is based on a blend of caramel malts, malted on the family farm, and it has been aged in Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, and bourbon casks. The whisky is full-bodied and sweet with notes of dried fruit, caramel, cocoa, and black tea.
Only 1,815 bottles. Single Estate organic whisky. Non-chill filtered and natural colour. 54.5% - 70 cl.
