Quorhum Encanto 13 Artisanal Rum
When Casa Oliver launched their Ron Quorhum (QRM) series in 2013 with the 12, 15, 23, and especially the Quorhum 30 editions, sales absolutely "exploded", and for many years thereafter, the series was one of the best-selling in the rum category of that time. Since then, there have only been a couple of sporadic launches, but now, finally, something is happening with QRM again.
The Quorhum 2026 series includes this Encanto 13 Artisanal Rum, which combines rum from Colombia and rum from Venezuela. The Colombian rum offers character and depth, while the Venezuelan rum adds softness and elegance.
The rum is based on both younger and older rum distillates of various types – both stronger and lighter. Quorhum Encanto 13 contains rum distillates aged up to 13 years, matured in ex-rye whiskey barrels made of American oak.
Quorhum Encanto is a harmonious blend that captures the essence of Colombia and Venezuela. The aroma offers delicate sugarcane and the sweet allure of honey and vanilla. On the palate, one finds bitter chocolate, sugarcane, oak, bitter coffee, vanilla, and rich molasses.
