Planteray Jamaica Vintage 2000 Long Pond ITP Ping 16 is a limited edition single cask rum from Planteray Rum (formerly Plantation Rum). The rum was distilled in a John Dore double retort pot still at the Long Pond Distillery in Jamaica. After 17 years of aging in an ex-bourbon barrel, this rum underwent a final 7-year aging period in a Ferrand ex-cognac cask in France.

Planteray Jamaica Vintage 2000 Long Pond ITP Ping 16 rum offers "typical Jamaican notes" as well as notes of dried fruit and spices, among others. The ester content is light/light-medium, but the high ABV of 58.4% gives the rum plenty of character and intensity.

Limited edition single cask rum, bottled for the Danish market by Juuls Engros. 58.4% - 70 cl.
