Patridom XO

Patridom XO is part of 1423’s Patridom series of Dominican releases, each with its own character. The distillery behind it, Alcoholes Finos Dominicanos, exclusively uses its own local sugarcane for production. Patridom XO is a "premium spirit drink," made from both fresh sugarcane juice and molasses. After distillation, it has matured in a tropical climate for 12-15 years in American and French oak barrels. Patridom XO has a spicy aroma with a hint of ripe fruit and a touch of beeswax. It offers fruity, spicy flavor notes with hints of coconut and vanilla. 42% - 70 cl.
