Parker's Heritage Collection 12th Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is produced by the Heaven Hill distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, which was founded in 1789 by Reverend Elijah Craig.
He was the man who discovered the method of making authentic Kentucky Bourbon when he stored his goods in barrels that had been charred in a fire.
Parker's Heritage Collection 12th Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey consists of carefully selected 7-8 year old barrels from the upper floors of Rickhouse Q, and these barrels have been aged in "French orange Curacao barrels." This has given it aromatic notes of orange peel, tropical fruit, and nougat, and a classic bourbon taste with hints of candied oranges. Released in 2018 as part of the Parker's Heritage Collection bourbon series. 55% ABV - 70 cl.
