Highland Park 15 yo single malt whisky is created by Highland Park's master blender Gordon Motion, who, with a combination of new and old casks and patient, slow maturation over 15 years, has created a gem of a single malt whisky. The aroma features warm cinnamon, soft heather peat smoke from Orkney, vanilla, and shortbread. The taste of Highland Park 15 yo Viking Heart single malt whisky includes fruity notes of sun-ripened lemon zest, fresh pineapple, and heather honey, finishing with balanced peat smoke. The color is light golden and clear, naturally derived from the casks. 44% - 70 cl.

The whisky is slightly smoky, as it primarily uses its own malted barley, which is subsequently smoked with local heather peat.
