Doorly's Aged 5 Years Fine Old Barbados Rum is produced at Foursquare Distillery, led by Richard Seale, and is now recognized as one of the most modern, "honest," and visionary rum distilleries. 5 years may not sound like much, but when the rum comes from Foursquare in Barbados, it means that this Doorly's rum is at least 5 years old, and that it is of the highest quality and can actually be enjoyed neat. Doorly's 5 Year Barbados Rum is approximately 90% column distilled and 10% pot still. Spicy sugarcane flavor, with fruity, floral notes and a hint of caramel and vanilla. 40% – 70cl.

Doorly's is from the "Foursquare Rum Distillery" in Barbados, where the distillery is led by rum legend Richard Seale. Doorly's is a good place to start if you want to venture into natural rum without added sweetness. In this rum series, we carry, among others, Doorly's XO and Doorly's 12-year-old.
