Don Papa Single Island 7 Year Old Rum
Don Papa Single Island Rum is the original 'single island rum' from the Philippines, made as a tribute to the flora and fauna of the island of Negros Occidental, and inspired by Papa Isio, a revolutionary hero and shaman on the island of Negros, where the rum is produced.
Here, Don Papa Single Island Rum is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of 7 years, then blended with spring water from Mount Kanlaon to 40% ABV. The Philippines is among the top 5 largest countries for rum and sugarcane-based spirits in the world, and with Don Papa Single Island Rum, you get a sweet rum with a lightly perfumed and fruity aroma. The taste offers vanilla, honey, dark caramel, and candied fruit. 40% - 700 ml.
