Choya Gold Label is a Japanese sake (alcoholic beverage made from rice). The renowned producer Choya, located in Habikino, Osaka, is the world's largest producer of umeshu, a Japanese liqueur made from the Ume fruit. Choya Gold Label Sake is bottled at a slightly higher strength and is a fresh and lightly fruity sake. Nose: fine notes of sweet rice, melon, and almond. Taste: fresh, lightly fruity, and sweet. Serving suggestion: enjoy it with sushi or fish – preferably slightly chilled. 14.5% - 75cl.
