Brugal Colección Visionaria Edicion 03 er den tredje rom i Colección Visionaria serien fra Brugal i Den Dominikanske Republik. Det meste af den dominikanske rom er i den søde ende, men faktisk laver Brugal primært en mere tør rom, og det gælder også denne udgave.

Brugal Colección Visionaria Edicion 03 er lagret på nye franske egetræsfade, der efter placering af kokos-stykker er blevet toastet indvendigt. Herpå er fadet blevet tømt for disse kokos-stykker, inden det er blevet påfyldt med rom fra Brugal rom. Den færdiglagrede rom har bløde noter af vaniljestang, ristet egetræ og subtile hints af karameliseret kokos. Desuden fornemmes en afbalanceret fylde, som afsluttes med friske lag af sød citrus og dens let bitre skal.

Brugal

Edrington-owned Brugal from the Dominican Republic is one of the world's largest rum producers. Brugal Rum generally has strong oak notes from barrel aging. This is true for Brugal 1888 and especially Brugal Siglo de Oro, which is currently the distillery's finest rum. However, this will only be the case until the launch of Brugal Papa Andrés in October 2013, in a very limited edition of 500 bottles for the whole world.
