1731 Fine & Rare Guatemala Gran Reserva Rum is a column-distilled rum from a single and unnamed distillery in Central American Guatemala, from where we also know Ron Zacapa.
The 1731 Fine & Rare series consists of natural rum without added sugar, and this also applies to this Guatemalan edition. Neither color nor chill-filtration has been used. The rum is tropically aged in ex-bourbon casks for a minimum of four years and released by 1731 Fine & Rare, located in the Netherlands.
